About Me
Hi, my name is Moses Combe and I’m a 19-year-old student at the University of Westminster in my second year studying Digital Media. I currently live in Holloway, Islington in North London, however come from a Ugandan/Rwandese ethnic background. Having been born and raised in the UK (mainly in London), I am very familiar with my surroundings so I’ve been able to adjust very well to being a student in this city.
Work
Outside of my educational life, I have (technically) two jobs, one as a bartender/floor staff at a JD Wetherspoon pub in my local area, and the other as a content creator on TikTok. On TikTok, I have amassed over 130,000 followers in just over 8 months and reached a total of around 8,000,000 likes in that same period of time mainly from videos where I review different things (areas, chicken shops, video games, etc.) In the near future, I would prefer to make the social media job my full-time occupation and drop the job at the pub because, since the initial growth of my channel, I’ve had the opportunity to make a lot more money from it as well as build a career in social media. It is also something that I find as a hobby, and being able to make a career out of something that I genuinely love doing is something that I have always wanted to do from young.
Hobbies/Interests
When I’m not focusing on work or education, I’m a big fan of football. I’ve been a fan of Arsenal FC since I was around 5 years old and I’ve been obsessed ever since. Since I moved to Holloway, I’ve felt more at home in my community because of how close the Arsenal stadium is to me and how everyone in my local community is also an Arsenal fan. I also spend my free time producing music and editing videos using FL Studio and Adobe Premiere Pro/After Effects on my laptop and sometimes share the content online.
