Hi, I’m Anny

Hi everyone! I’m Anny, and my Chinese name is Li Haishan. I’m from Guangzhou—a super lively city famous for its mouthwatering dim sum (you have to try the shrimp dumplings if you ever visit!) and the cozy vibe of its old alleys, where you can always smell tea and street food.

I’m 21 and a sophomore at the University of Westminster, majoring in PR. I chose PR mainly because I love how it connects people and brands—there’s something really rewarding about crafting stories that make others care, whether it’s promoting a small local shop or sharing a brand’s positive impact. It feels like building little bridges between different sides, which I find super interesting.

Oh, and I’m an ENFP—so I’m basically the friend who gets excited about meeting new people! I’m really glad to be here, getting to know all of you in this country and this school. I also have a total soft spot for my ragdoll cat, Mango; she’s the fluffiest thing ever, and she loves curling up on my lap when I’m working on PR assignments.

My hobbies are pretty laid-back, but I do have a fun little quirk: I collect blind boxes! There’s something thrilling about not knowing which figure you’ll get, and my shelf at home is now full of cute little characters from different series.
I’m really looking forward to getting along with everyone and having great chats—thanks for listening!

  1. Nice to meet you, Anny! Your introduction is super lively and fun to read—it really shows your ENFP energy. Guangzhou sounds amazing, and now I really want to try the shrimp dumplings you mentioned. PR seems like a perfect fit for you, especially with how passionate you are about storytelling and connecting people. Also, Mango sounds absolutely adorable, and your blind box collection sounds so cute. Looking forward to getting to know you more this semester!
